      - The culture is great - They facilitate you to learn constantly - The organization is flat and management is attentive to staff - It is a breath of fresh air in the stifling environment of most local companies.

      - The pay really isn't anything to write home about. - Might be frustrating or unchallenging for very senior developers

      Pros

      You can talk to anyone including Country Directors and even Founders directly. In addition, Andela takes care of it's staff very well including meals and transportation to facilitate making work the only primary concern at work.

      Cons

      Key players are not carried along when decisions are been made.
