Inability to accomodate a life outside of work. Will not accomodate employees schedule who wish to further education. Incompetant managers who exhibit an extreme lack of communication. Promotions are basically not an option. Management does not take responsibilty for their actions. Misuse of company funds. Equipment is in poor condition and technology is outdated. I have personally never worked for such a disorganized company in my entire life. I was quite surprised that a company such as the Red Cross, who stand for humanitarian causes, treats their employees the way that they do. They are a disgrace.

Low pay is the norm. In most cases only those with other incomes or retirements can afford to work at the salaries offered. Creates increased turnover in some areas causing inexperience to be an issue. To much change over too short a period of time. Leaves too many questions as to the future.
