Pros

- Great Culture - Exposure to new technology such as Software Defined Network - Opportunity to attain and work on cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure and many more. - Treatment given to the employees is appreciable

Cons

- Leave structure is quite disappointing, given on pro rata bases ( Like 1.8 leave per month gets added to the balance ) - They make mandatory shutdowns for a particular office during Diwali or Christmas and then the leaves are deducted from employees balance which to me was disappointing. - Less interaction between senior level management and dev employees - Less recognition for work that you have done
