      Great benefits but very stressful work environment

      Pros

      The benefits that are available through the company are very nice. My immediate supervisor was amazing, however she was not able to lead the team with out intervention from leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership asks for several hours overtime but did not want it put on time sheet. They require you to learn new tools but do not give the time and/or resources to use to learn. Company streches employees very thin, in my history I noticed they will lay off staff, then expect others to take work load but the work load doesn't decrease. Employees are stressed and tend to not have a very good work life balance.

      None, they is really nothing positive to say they suck. I have to put 20 words but nothing positive to say.

      Cons

      Crap raises and bonuses No clear defined plan on anything Software is same crappy software they been selling for years just rebranded Only fix stuff to pass audits Love to fake customers and tell them work is being done in United States and reality it's done in India by a low skilled workforce Make a habit of stealing software and never pay the vendor Hold employees responsible to get billing code but never back u on anything

      Pros

      Fast paced, great opportunities to learn, casual dress code, flexible in-office vs at home working hours

      Cons

      No work-life balance, most manager jobs go to Israeli's or Indians, workforce is 40+, culture is very aggressive/threatening, company is not employee centric, very few locals are hired, constantly cutting training and travel opportunities, HR is VERY political and not employee focused, and people are not titled for the roles that they do
