Pros

Lots of teams and support to learn from. Large company with different opportunities. Solid pay and teams. It can be a bit of a complicated work-life balance at times, but if you manage it well, it should be ok.

Cons

Personally, work-life balance is an issue for me.

Pros

Pros: Opportunity to work on massive-scale systems (IAM) that impact millions. The "Day 1" culture encourages ownership and the technical bar for peers is very high, which accelerates personal growth.

Cons

Cons: The work-life balance can be challenging depending on the team's on-call rotation. The internal tooling is powerful but has a steep learning curve.
