Pros

Direct control over code, builds, deployments. Access to AWS tools for team use. Great facility, on-campus dining.

Cons

Non-industry-standard tools. Proprietary solutions for nearly everything. Experienced developers can't leverage their years of experience in tools, libraries, etc. Pressure to work extended hours. Way, way, too many meetings. Poor personnel review practices. Hostile developer culture.
