Interesting work, smart people, great culture
Pros
A high percentage of people are really smart here, and an effort is made to keep the talent level high. Lots of young people here keeps the environment fun and new ideas coming in. Company culture "makes sense" to me as an engineer. Focused on getting things done and doing them better over time. They do a nice job with company activities, parties, company and departmental meetings, etc. Moving between groups is not uncommon here, and is encouraged, so there are opportunities to work on new items. Company is growing and dynamic so there is room for advancement.
Cons
Facility is getting a bit crowded, but they are opening a new office in Westboro. Some middle managers are not great, but they have "moved on" managers in the past. I do put in a lot of hours some times, but management has taken positive steps for work/life balance. Engineers have a rotating on-call to support their software, which can be annoying.
