Pros

The pay, free food, great building, safe area, and good training.

Cons

The insane metrics, the drama on the production floor, the time off, and some bad Team Managers. There basically is no work/life balance. Not many people get 2 days off in a row. I was recently laid off along with a group of other employees. I find it disturbing that they outsource payroll and timekeeping to the Philippines.

Pros

1. You'll get attracted by ambiance. 2. Smooth interview experience. 3. They'll provide WFH based on performance.

Cons

1. Too many rules. 2. I work for DD, which is worst if you ask me. They won't provide enough support but they'll expect great scores. Stressful and the salary is also very less compared to market trends. 3. Obviously politics. If you want to grow then you need to start run around from day one.
