Pros

Work/Life balance is decent. The benefits are ok. Ability to work from home.

Cons

Horrible salary for all of the responsibilities bestowed upon you. Coworkers who are unwilling to help when you have any questions. People here at Allstate are not friendly at all, most of them hate their job and come to work grumpy. Training was a joke. Be prepared to come back from vacations to a full voice mailbox and 100 new emails.
