Cons

sick pay, lazy managers and supervisors. Manager are always guffing off inside the office when ever the head boss is around. Company benefits are crap to since the preimums are super high and dont cover anything at all

Pros

beginning of employment it was extremely wonderful to work for this company

Cons

after 4.5 years of working for this company I was suddenly terminated only to find out 1 week later that the reason was because of a fight that I absolutely did not have. The supervisors there play extreme favoritism with certain employees. ive always said that there was something fishy about my termination because I was scheduled for a gun class only to be told it was canceled 3 days later then told on a Monday while at work that I needed to attend that same gun class the very next day which was 10 hours. I was told several times how I was performing in the class. the next day while at work after working 10 hours of a 11 hours shift I was called to the office for a supposedly gun inspection which turned out to be for termination to which the lieutenants did not know why. I find out later from a employee that I was set up to which I suspected that due to the fact during class the day before I made a comment that the lieutenant gave me a loaded gun something he should not have done. to top it all off they allow a employee to drive the company truck on and off campus enroute to the warehouse with a DUI and failure to maintain on her record they should have known she had because she had it before she started the truck
