Company Sucks

Pros

None. There are NO "Pros" at all to this Company.

Cons

Company Retaliates against Employees for following the Chain of Command to obtain a Better Paying Position within the Company. Company will Accuse Employees of False Accusations to Discredit them. Company will "Coerce" fellow Coworkers into Submitting False Statements against other Coworkers in Exchange for Favors.

Don't Waste Your Life Away!

Pros

Anyone with a guard card can get a job. Turnover rate is so high with guards being fired and quitting that almost anyone can get hours, and potentially a full time post (but for how long?)

Cons

Company does NOT care about you. You are literally another body to fill a post so the company can bill their client. That is it. They make you work specials that are NOT in your security contract and will not pay extra for it. The Ops Managers and account managers do not respond to guards in a timely fashion (if they respond at all) in regards to your concerns; but will contact you in a heartbeat if they need something from you. The company is more concerned with acquiring more accounts and billing clients. Guards are just another number. There is little to NO room for growth because Account Managers will fill your head with empty promises to grow but play favorites. Raises are VERY underwhelming, if you even get a raise. Meanwhile, contracts are being renegotiated for most clients annually, but guards will see crumbs while the contracts are for millions. The company makes on average $30-50/hr per guard, and will only pay you a small portion of that. Flex officers are expected to jump when called upon, and not considered a human being but rather a robot who doesn't need sleep. Union seems like they are in bed with company, so will probably breeze over any concerns. You can be here today, and gone tomorrow, depending on how management feels about you, which does not give one a sense of job security. Not worth your time unless you don't mind devoting your life force and time to a company who could care less about you.

Pros

If you are lazy you may like it, because you get paid chump change to sit and do nothing (for the most part).

Cons

Worst company ever, they do not take care of their employees. They will pay you only the bare minimum, regardless of your qualifications. They are becoming the largest security company in the U.S. but do not value their employees. Worst company i have ever worked for.
