      Grew work life balance and benefits. Smart and friendly coworkers and management who cares. Unheard of in a corporation this size.

      DEI still in place. Other than that, no other cons.

      Pros

      While Allegro is not listed on the Fortune Global 500, it distinguishes itself through above-market compensation packages, a healthy and supportive work environment, and competent, kind leadership. My role involves frequent coordination across departments, and I can confidently say that nearly all colleagues are pleasant and collaborative. The company also offers valuable benefits, including: Cash conversion of unused sick and vacation leaves Compensatory Time Off (CTO) when Philippine holidays fall on weekends Having worked with five different companies, I can genuinely say that Allegro is where I’ve experienced true work-life balance.
