      Disruptive technology, great people and growth. Stock price

      Cons

      New CEO is not focused on the people or the culture. He brought in his henchmen HR person to make it more like GE and less Silicon Valley, If you like GE culture then this is the place for you.

      Opportunities to grow are given. It is a growing company and has expansion plans in the near future. If you are up for a challenge.

      Cons

      Management isn't great. Align has still a lot to do to grow from a medium sizes company to a big one.
