      Cons

      Since we are mostly in a Call Center environment it would be ideal if the dress code policy would be more casual and the culture more friendly.

      less work or no work at most of the time high pay easy job no challenges More facilities for laptop users like work from home, leaving office on anytime, clocking fewer hours Good Company for Leads and managers long stay in this organization is possible without doing any work if you close to management people

      Laptop users will get the best benefits in this organization Leads are less capable of guiding the team members, just assigning the work is the only duty of them - Please arrange some training for leads to lead the team in a better way More free time is not good for the employees and for the organization
