      The company just changed ownership, so st mgmt is excited, focused and hungry for success. Good pay, benefits and flexibility with working remotely.

      Cons

      Mid level mgmt is chaotic and in need of direction/improvement.

      Pros

      The company is changing rapidly with a new voice, vision and values. With that comes a bumpy road, but it is visible to see the leadership actively trying to make this happen. Friendly environment, good benefits, and opportunity to move up or within the company if you talk to your manager and network.

      Cons

      Can get stuck in the "Hewitt" mentality. Needs to be more competitive with its salary offerings and raises.
