      Great people, very dedicated, top-notch employees.

      Cons

      Lost the appreciation for good people when sold off at Wall Street. Long time employees laid off and temp contractors brought in. Many alumni had been there 20+ years and had built this dynamic company. High tension and stress now in many divisions.

      Employ highly professional people, excellent product line.

      Cons

      Bureucratic and overly process driven - from parent company, Novartis. Long term view constantly disrupted by (unnecessary) short term expedients to show high profits.
