Highly varied work in the space sector, great graduate scheme. Airbus DS is easy to work for if you're passionate about space.

Cons

Graduate placements abroad should be more accessible. The food available on the stevenage site is of a significantly lower standard to that on other sites.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Interesting products. The company before the European buyout seemed to be very active and leading edge. After the buyout and name change everything seemed to spiral down.

Cons

Lack of upward mobility, lack of recognition, insignificant pay increases. Management seemed to reject an employees self advancement and provided no encouragement.

Layoffs every year The staff keeps diminishing so more and more responsibility is put on an already overloaded staff. Staff is stressed due to layoffs every year
