Pros

- Depending on who you get, managers could be really understanding but some may back you up and some may just blame you. Some Brand Department managers are very good, but you might get some really toxic ones. - Location is convenient in the Eaton Centre (but food is expensive downtown) - Cross-department opportunities may arise and can be offered/applied for in the one-year roles.

Cons

- 4 Days in Office - Very clique-ish groups, feel isolated - Selected individuals are extremely gross in the office with bathroom etiquette, have perfume and really bad BO (we're supposed to be a fragrance-free work environment) - Culture Committee (Brand) - but very forced as they try and get the culture improved, but going about it the wrong way with a volunteer Committee and free Timbits etc when it should be the company supporting. - Toxic and bad employees are being upgraded. - Horrible work/life culture, people are being overworked, and it's the same convo in 1:1s, identify the capacity issue and then nothing is done about it.
