Pros

Great place to work with respectable managers and leaders. Advancement was very realistic with career commitment from the company. Acquisition from Accenture seems to have helped.

Cons

Benefits and raises didn't seem to follow a dependable structure that could have been relied on to accurately guage performance throughout the year.

The best consulting firm in the city if not country. Amazingly talented employees. And an overall fun place to work with great clients.

Cons

High growth brings challenges. The integration into Accenture shouldn't stifle creativity and agility.
