      Very few reasons to work here except the pay which can be competitive.

      Cons

      Regularly work outside of 9-5pm due to Spanish arm of company setting meetings outside of Melbourne business hours. Not uncommon for a last minute 5.30pm meeting on a Friday. Spanish cultural norms and misunderstanding of Australian business culture. Working from home or time in lieu to compensate for international work hours is rarely approved or looked down upon. Employees are poorly resourced and jump from crisis to crisis.
