Management is poor. Local Filipino Management has this CRAB MENTALITY. They terminate tutors without a thorough investigation and is not transparent with all their rules and what offenses they have committed. They do not have fair judgment and your good performance does not have any value. When you have served your purpose, then you are good to go! It sucks!

1. Low salary rate 2. CS from China and CS from Philippines don't have any coordination when it comes to filing for LEAVE OF ABSENCE 3. Support system from China is rude 4. MOST OF THE TIME (Yes. You read it right, most of the time) the CS are not available and will not be able to assist you about your problem with tools, etc. 5. If you need to suddenly cancel your class because one of your family member dies, they will still charge you. As per their rule cancelled classes in less than 24 hours are charged 720.00. Yes! 720.00. Death is not anticipated but without any consideration, they would really deduct your salary that much. 6. You will be charged for every student's complain. Regardless if the one at fault is the student, still you will be charged for it. That is even without due process of investigation to see if the complain is valid.
