Pros
Many managers are good to work for and care about the associates. There is a wide variety of jobs available for people to train. Pretty good discount and even part time associates can earn benefits.
Cons
(These complaints vary by store) but many stores have directors that are cold, unkind and just plain rude. The pay is on the low end of the scale. One must work a certain number of hours per pay period to keep benefits. While that's not horrible, the stores often don't give associates enough hours to earn those benefits.
