Good Company being ruined by Bad Office Politics

Bad Office Politics Weak Senior Managers & HRD Stressful work environment Poor salary structure & benefits Gossiping is rampant - even Senior Managers talk badly against other Managers and even against Clients Some Senior Managers think they are better than the others but do not want get their hands dirty in solving critical issues... instead they find it more convenient to point fingers than do fire fighting "Hunger-games" type of culture

Nothing at all. It might better to work directly at the company's site. If you are working for a client especially CS you will be UNHAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cons

Worst company I ever worked for!! They are a service provider for Recruitment and ironically enough has a poor HR group. There is no company culture!!! When you are working on site for their client. Management does the whole song and dance and says that they support you but they do not support their staff at all!! There is NO work life balance and they are short staffed as well. You have to kill yourself to get things done because they are short staffed. Once again, avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AMS allows you the opportunity to develop your career. You can support world class brands achieve their talent goals working either through their RPO arm (working onsite, within one of our centres or remotely) or within AMS's talent management consultancy services. I have worked across both. The people and opportunity keep me at AMS. The people are energetic and innovative and it is an exciting place to work.
