Good benefits and descent pay including paid mileage and per diem. Lots of travel and good entroduction to oil field opperations.

Cons

No schedule and little to no oppertunity for advancement. Most management was under educated and unprofessional. If your looking for a carrer as a geologist your better off just getting your masters degree.
