Big company, has fully maintained fleet cars to enable techs to do the work. Likes to hire foreign workers as they dont argue much!

Cons

They are reactive instead of proactive. They madly scramble to put a policy in place if something goes wrong. Beware! If you want to work for these guys be prepared for cuts to your pay when they aren't doing so well, criticism in abundance, low tolerance of family needs. All up i think they need to overhaul their policymakers and pare their management down. Too top heavy!

Good benefits, strong code of conduct. Great company in good times.

Cons

Management plays games with you. If your boss has an issue with you, he/she will go behind your back and not discuss with you face to face. Managers have a tendency to play favourites and purposely exclude people. Also, they let people go the day they return from maternity leave or disability. Don't believe the speeches from upper and middle management. You are nothing but a ledger line.

I love the team I work with. The company produces accurate data in a reasonable time frame. A lot of overtime available.

Cons

Management needs and overhaul from top to bottom. Communication is lacking/non existent. No work life balance. You will see your coworkers more than your family members.
