It's the company that could. It's a young company with a lot of history and potential. It's an interesting industry, attracting open minded no-nonsense employees who think big. It is also flexible and you may be able to find yourself in completely different and new roles - that help your professional development.
Cons
Unfortunately, it is not always the best at keeping the talent it attracts. This is often due to a politically loaded situation, where sometimes the talent is overlooked.
