      Pros

      Flexible schedule, opportunity to make money with support from management and company provided leads.

      Cons

      Quotas keep going up and pay remains the same or lower. Company provided appointments are not very good. Mostly working to get your own sales through networking and data mining lots of bad leads to get a gold nugget.

      Good work environment, good local management

      Cons

      Almost no company appointments, you have to look for leads on your own. Even other solutions advisors with over 10 years of experience are struggling to survive. The national phone sales team takes everything worthwhile, sometimes even stealing and leaves the leftovers to local advisors.
