Business Outlook
Pros
Descent salary. I enjoyed working with my fellow employees. The concept of the business was good. The employees did a great job. Most of the employees were long term employees and were very skilled in their area. Most of the employees took pride in thier work.
Cons
Too many higher executives and not enough workers. Excessive and unnecessary spending. Nonmanagement employees suffer the consequences of the over spending of the executive staff.
