New CEO is so hyper-focused on appealing to investors that he’s lost sight of the bigger picture. What used to be an exciting and innovative company is now weighed down by an absurd amount of micromanagement from the highest levels. Employees are no longer rewarded for doing excellent work, they are now rewarded for simply being “yes men”.
