Very professional scene, paid courses, free lunch, good vacation and medical insurance package. Good and kind environment. Facility very clean and procedures were followed strictly.

Cons

I did not experience or see no career advancement, professional growth nor economic improvement within the company. May be due to the country's economic reality.
