Job Description
The Equipment Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and availability of gaming equipment within the live casino environment. This role focuses on supporting daily technical operations, performing preventive maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring that all gaming tools and materials are properly managed and available to maintain continuous operations. The position also requires close collaboration with different departments to support operational efficiency and maintain high service standards.
