Deos is a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) personal care brand. We are looking for a talented hybrid creator: an AI Image Generation Wizard who is also a skilled Graphic Designer.

We are not looking for someone who just copies and pastes raw outputs straight out of Midjourney or ChatGPT. We need an aesthetic designer who uses AI to generate high-quality visual assets, and then takes those assets into Figma, Photoshop, or Canva to craft beautifully designed, high-converting static ads.

The Workflow:

• Prompt & Generate: Use AI to create stunning, photorealistic product backgrounds and lifestyle scenes.
• Design & Elevate: Bring those assets into Figma/Photoshop to build layouts, refine typography, and add direct-response marketing hooks.

The Details:

• Role Type: Part-Time / Freelance (with room to scale)
• Hours: 10–20 hours per week to start
• Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate + Performance Bonuses for winning ad creatives

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Visual Generation: Write complex prompts to create high-end product staging, lifestyle scenes, and visual concepts using tools like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Nano Banana, or Photoshop Generative Fill.
• Static Ad Design: Turn visual assets into high-converting static image ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google.
• Direct-Response Formatting: Apply performance design principles (visual hierarchy, scroll-stopping hooks, and clear calls-to-action) to make sure our ads don't just look aesthetically pleasing (which they definitely should), but actually convert.
• Fast Iteration: Review performance data with our team and make quick tweaks to winning ad angles to maximize results.

Core Requirements:

• E-Commerce Experience: 1–2+ years of experience designing paid social ads specifically for DTC/E-commerce brands.
• Design Tool Mastery: Proficiency in Figma (highly preferred), Adobe Photoshop, or Canva. You must know how to properly structure a layout.
• Advanced AI Skill: Proven ability to prompt AI to get consistent, photorealistic, on-brand results, not generic, distorted, or obviously AI renders.
• Performance Marketing Eye: You understand consumer psychology and know what makes a user stop scrolling in a crowded social feed.
• Autonomy: You can take a basic creative brief and run with it independently without needing constant hand-holding.
