About the Role
We're looking for a driven, curious SDR to fuel YouScan's growth across LATAM. In this dual-focus role, you'll be responsible for cold outbound outreach, building a pipeline from scratch, while also supporting inbound lead qualification — making sure every prospect gets a fast, consultative, and memorable first experience with YouScan.
Responsibilities:
- Execute LATAM + US outreach: build and execute targeted outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to spark awareness and generate a qualified pipeline across the region;
- Be creative and experimental: test new messaging angles, sequences, and approaches — bring your own ideas while staying aligned with team benchmarks and KPIs;
- Act with autonomy: take initiative in prospecting, prioritization, and follow-up without waiting to be told what to do next.
- Qualify and engage inbound leads promptly via email, WhatsApp, phone/Google Meet, understanding their needs and assessing fit with YouScan's solutions;
- Create a strong first impression: lead consultative early-stage conversations that make prospects feel heard and set the tone for a great buying experience;
- Partner with Account Executives to schedule discovery calls and hand off opportunities with full context;
- Maintain clean, detailed CRM records in Hubspot so the whole team has visibility into pipeline health and prospect history.
What we're looking for:
- Previous SDR experience in SaaS companies (preferably MarTech or AdTech);
- Proven outbound lead generation skills — you know how to find, engage, and convert cold prospects;
- Hands-on experience with outreach tools such as Outreach or Reply.io, etc..
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (advanced level in all three)
- Sharp communicator and confident negotiator
- Strong time management and multitasking ability: you can juggle inbound responses, active outbound sequences, CRM updates, and AE coordination simultaneously — without letting anything slip
- Analytical and detail-oriented — you use data to sharpen your approach
- Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to outreach and sequencing
- Genuinely curious — always learning, always improving
- Persistent and resilient — "no" is fuel, not a full stop
- Passionate about sales and energized by hitting targets

Pay: $1,457,205.30 - $2,914,576.67 per month
