Estamos buscando graduados de diversas carreras para múltiples áreas de nuestro negocio. Esta vacante corresponde a un rol en Ingeniería Industrial, con base en nuestra operación en Argentina.
En este puesto, tu rol incluirá monitoreo de las variables de proceso, eficiencia de activos, participación en proyectos de mejora, soporte técnico a producción, y elaboración de reportes .

El proyecto de litio Rincón es un proyecto grande y sin desarrollar de salmuera de litio, localizado en el corazón del triángulo del litio en la Provincia de Salta, Argentina, un epicentro emergente para proyectos totalmente nuevos. Es un recurso de larga vida, escalable con una de las huellas de carbono más bajas en recursos de litio en el mundo. Esta adquisición es una aprobación ulterior significativa de nuestro compromiso con el sector de materiales para baterías y el rol del litio en un futuro con bajos niveles de carbono.

About the Position
We are looking for graduates from various disciplines to join multiple areas of our business. This vacancy is for a role in Industrial Engineering based at our operation in Argentina.
As a Graduate Engineer, your role will include research, design, development, testing, and maintenance of aspects related to the manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment, components, and systems.

To apply for the Graduate Program, you must have:
Completed your studies in the last two years (2024 or 2025), or be in your final year with graduation expected in 2026.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
Less than two years of relevant work experience (local or international).
A valid driver’s license.
Commitment to personal and team safety.
Leadership skills, a desire to learn, and a willingness to take on challenges.
Interest in working in a complex, large-scale industrial environment.
A safety-oriented mindset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Flexibility and autonomy.
