What we are looking for
We're looking for a versatile operator to join Central Operations. Our priorities evolve as the business grows, so the work will range from well-defined programs to open-ended problems with no playbook yet — and your focus may shift over time based on where your skills have the most impact. The best fit is someone smart and hungry who gets up to speed quickly, forms a clear point of view, communicates it candidly, and drives work to done even when the path isn't fully mapped.
You'll thrive in this role if:
You're comfortable with ambiguity — when ownership is unclear, you lean in rather than wait to be told
You'd rather ship a working solution this week and improve it than polish a perfect one for next quarter
You hold your ground when the data doesn't support the plan, communicate it constructively, and commit once a decision is made
You use AI and automation daily as a force multiplier, and you've automated real work with them
You take pride in being the person teammates hand the hard, messy problems to
What you'll do
Process Optimization
Audit internal workflows to eliminate friction, reduce costs, and improve speed at scale — recommending and implementing end-to-end improvements for our Owners, Guests, and internal stakeholders through documentation, tooling, automation, AI, and system integrations.
Develop operational KPIs (e.g., onboarding completion time, cost per turn, vendor quality) and drive continuous improvement and accountability through regular reporting.
Design and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and long-term scalability.
Program & Project Management
Own and execute cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and outcomes.
Partner with teams including Central Operations, Field Operations, Product, Tech, Listings, and Finance to align goals, mitigate risk, and remove blockers.
Proactively manage ambiguity and keep projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment.
Data Analysis
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for operational decisions.
Present data-driven findings to stakeholders, highlighting trends, forecasts, and opportunities for improvement.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field — or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in business operations, data analytics, procurement, or project management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights across large datasets and operational tools
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides); experience with automation/AI tools or scripting (Python, R, SQL) strongly preferred
Proven ability to take ownership and drive measurable impact independently — you can point to a process you owned end-to-end and the metric it moved
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Compensation
$35,000-45,000 USD annually, paid twice per month - dependent on experience & location
Flexible workplace - work from anywhere outside the US
We are a hospitality company so we support our staff and guests 7 days a week. This role will require approximately 40 hours of work per week on a 5-days on, 2-days off schedule. Primary hours are Monday through Friday during US business hours.
