Job Description:

• Plan, organize, and lead all onboard activities and shore excursions

• 
  Ensure the safety of all guests during activities and excursions

• Manage and supervise a team of onboard activity staff

• Provide informative and engaging presentations and lectures about the destinations and activities

• Create and maintain a positive and fun atmosphere onboard for guests

• Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Maintain inventory and equipment for all activities and excursions

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and environmental regulations

• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and improve operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Expedition Leader or Cruise Director

• Knowledge and experience in leading a variety of activities and excursions, such as hiking, snorkeling, and cultural tours

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

• First Aid and CPR certification preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus
