What will you be doing here?

Brindar apoyo integral al equipo de Planificación en la recopilación, análisis y visualización de datos estratégicos. El objetivo es que este último desarrolle una visión sistémica del negocio, colaborando en la elaboración de pronósticos y el seguimiento de indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI)

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Responsabilidades principales

• Gestión de datos: Recopilar y limpiar bases de datos de diferentes áreas (Ventas, Finanzas, Operaciones).
• Capacidad de generar informes: Colaborar en la actualización de las tablas de control (paneles de control) y los informes de gestión semanales/mensuales.
• Análisis de desviaciones: Ayuda a identificar las discrepancias entre la planificación y la ejecución, y contribuye a investigar las causas fundamentales.
• Apoyo en la elaboración del presupuesto: Colaborar en el proceso de elaboración del presupuesto anual y de las revisiones periódicas.
• Mejora de procesos: Proponer automatizaciones sencillas en Excel o herramientas de BI para optimizar los tiempos de respuesta.
