• Attract the best talent in the market for all EY GDS (Argentina) business units, working together with global leaders and carrying out the end-to-end interview process.
• Search for opportunities to improve recruiting processes.
• Manage the company's image in the market.
• Identify target companies to obtain the talent required by the business.

• Negotiation skills

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Between 1-2 years of recruiting experience
• Advanced English

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Advanced Excel

• Ability to work as a team with the business and other recruiters
• Ability to transform stoppers or bottlenecks into opportunities and concrete requests
• Competence to engage with candidates
• Openness to work with different teams in a dynamic environment
