You’ll coordinate schedules, manage communications, and handle sensitive data while also supporting billing, insurance verification, and documentation tasks. Provide comprehensive support to senior management, including scheduling and travel coordination.

Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Assist with managing corporate social media accounts or online presence as needed.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility with accuracy.
- Process and submit medical billing and insurance claims.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized documentation of patient and billing records.
- Provide chat-based support for billing and insurance inquiries.
- Use CRM systems to manage contacts and client relationships.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and team members.
- Escalate complex issues and collaborate to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Prior experience in administrative, executive assistant, or medical billing roles.
- Experience in healthcare or insurance verification is a plus.
