We are looking for experienced, hungry recruiters for our results-based culture. To succeed with our portfolio, you will have:
Advanced English skills (mandatory).
2+ years of experience in Recruiting and Startups.
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.
Strong sourcing skills and experience with recruiter tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem, and others.
This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).

You will get your full setup—computer, accounts, and profiles.
You will onboard with the founder and senior staff.
You will start sourcing candidates on your first day for a designated client.
You will conduct shadow interviews and perform recruiter screenings.
You will have a portfolio of companies to source, screen, and follow up with candidates.
You will participate in regular talent operations, including coordinating interviews, evaluating candidate and client status, and maintaining records of interactions.
You will own clear metrics of success and failure.
You will fully own your clients and manage routine account management operations.
You will master our existing tools and improve processes that impact operations across the company.
You will master the way we recruit, embrace our philosophy, and become a vocal and proactive participant in the company.
