We are seeking for a Order Management Analyst to join our Global Business Services team.
You will:
Create contracts for products and services, correct errors, follow up disputes.
Create billing items, update and modify pricing and materials lists.
Attend, participate in trainings, meetings for automation/improvement of processes.
Participate in global communities.
Basic Qualifications:
Students or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or similar.
Excel intermediate (pivots + functions)
ERP experience (SAP, ideal)
Advanced English (mandatory)
Working Hours 9am to 6pm, with closing days and holidays according to the service (for US)
