• Enter purchase order data from completed buying sheets into our Imagine retail management system with a high degree of accuracy
• Set up new products in Imagine, including style details, vendor information, cost and retail pricing, and classification data
• Support product setup in Shopify, including titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, and tagging
• Verify data accuracy and flag discrepancies or missing information to the buying team
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records and follow standardized naming conventions and entry protocols
• Communicate clearly with the buying and e-commerce teams regarding incomplete or unclear product information

• Prior experience in fashion retail, apparel buying, or a related industry — familiarity with fashion product terminology is required
• Experience with retail management or ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data formatting, formulas, navigation across buying sheets)
• High typing speed and accuracy; ability to maintain precision over extended data entry sessions
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over data quality
• Good English communication skills for daily coordination with the US-based buying and e-commerce teams
• Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup

• Hands-on experience with Shopify product management
• Background in retail buying, merchandising, or inventory management
• Experience using shared drives or cloud-based file systems (Microsoft SharePoint) and project management systems (Monday.com)
