As a Project Manager – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and Workday. Within our Assurance practice, you will utilize innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will assess clients' approaches for ERP security, business processes, and IT General Controls, while educating them on leading practice recommendations. You will respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations will be crucial in delivering value to our clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.
Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships and fostering meaningful connections to support business transformation initiatives
- Navigating complex situations and leveraging technical skills to deliver digital solutions such as SAP and Oracle
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess and improve business processes and IT General Controls
- Implementing ERP security measures and conducting security control assessments to mitigate risks
- Educating clients on leading practices for governance, risk, and compliance during transformation projects
- Interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations that align with broader business objectives
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with SOX and internal audit controls
- Collaborating with teams to integrate ERP systems and enhance process control mechanisms
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity to drive continuous improvement in client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree or in the final semester of University
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
