We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, collaborating with software development teams, and helping transform business needs into effective technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in Agile environments alongside developers, designers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Create and maintain user stories, use cases, workflows, process diagrams, and business documentation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization.
- Define acceptance criteria and support the testing and validation process.
- Assist in prioritizing features, enhancements, and project deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
- Support change management activities and help drive user adoption of new processes and systems.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential gaps in requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
- Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and business models.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and professional workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in software, SaaS, or technology projects.
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with UX/UI processes and product development is desirable.
