Drive Operational Execution & Business Logic
Execute simple professional tasks within a specific functional module, focusing on solving clear and well-defined operational challenges.
Assist in understanding and documenting the core business logic and operational processes of assigned tasks, connecting your work to the greater user value.
Execute basic and routine operation tasks vital to maintaining the health of our products and services.
Analyze Data & Drive Insight
Apply basic data analysis skills (like SQL) to execute common data processing tasks under direct guidance.
Track and understand the definitions of key operational metrics and indicators, identifying the reliable sources of data for accurate reporting.
Manage Assigned Workstreams
Manage progress on assigned tasks, ensuring that results are achieved in accordance with the established work plan under clear supervision and guidance.
Proactively identify challenges and bottlenecks, seeking guidance to ensure all planned results are achieved on time.
Communicate & Collaborate
Clearly articulate and demonstrate findings (e.g., data analysis results), effectively utilizing tools like presentation slides to convey critical information.
Build collaborative and positive relationships with peers and proactively share relevant information with the team.
Actively practice proactive listening to understand others well, and organize simple, efficient meetings by preparing clear agendas and materials.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related technical field.
A "hands-on," self-motivated approach, eager to take ownership of tasks.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results under clear guidance and follow established work plans.
Proficiency in Excel and a foundational understanding of data analysis concepts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear and concise style.
Basic working knowledge of SQL for common data querying and processing tasks.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain positive relationships.
Experience or interest in using data to inform judgment and problem diagnosis.
