As an Accounts Payable Intern, reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will collaborate in the management of supplier accounts promptly.

You will work 4 days at home and 1 day at the office based at our office in Martinez. This is a paid internship.

You will

• Park and post invoices for raw materials, goods and services, freight, with manual or electronic POs
• Respond to external or internal suppliers by phone or email
• Scan of invoices, applicable only to countries where documentation is sent by email
• Work integrated and collaboratively with the GFS streams
• Fill and organize documentation
• Perform other tasks inherent to the sector requested by the immediate supervisor

Requeriments

• 0 – 1 years of experience in similar positions
• Initial university student in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics
• Proficiency in Office System
• Intermediate to advanced English
• Experience with SAP (desirable)
