Your Contribution
We are looking for a responsible and skilled individual for the position Facility Maintenance Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technical systems of the facility, implementing preventive and periodic activities, executing improvement investments, and optimizing resource consumption while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain key technical systems:
- Electrical installations (low-voltage networks, UPS systems, lighting)
- Hydraulic installations (water supply, sewage, hydrants, fire extinguishers)
- HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
- Fire protection systems (fire alarms, hydrants, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, Novec system)
Manage heat pumps and water intake wells and boreholes
Plan and implement technical inspections and preventive maintenance
Propose and execute investments to improve infrastructure
Coordinate with external contractors and technical supervision
Monitor and optimize consumption of electricity, water, heating, and other resources
Implement energy-efficient solutions in accordance with company standards
Collaborate with the HSE department to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Maintain documentation of all maintenance activities and prepare reports
Monitor working condition parameters in production and administrative areas and make timely HVAC adjustments
Implement environmental protection measures within facility maintenance
Collaborate with the security department to ensure proper functioning of protection systems
Assist and participate in legally required inspections and monitoring of equipment and installations
Your Experience and Qualifications
University or college degree in technical fields (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, energy, or related areas)
Knowledge of AutoCAD
Strong computer skills (MS Office), SAP
Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
Excellent Serbian language skills (written and spoken)
Presentation and organizational skills
Experience in managing technical systems and infrastructure
Willingness to learn new skills and tools
