We are looking for a Dealer Development Coordinator who will contribute strategically to the business and is available to travel around the country/South American countries on an alternating basis.
Your Impact
Analyze market development, distribution trends, structural data, and competitive insights to support network growth and competitor analysis.
Coordinate and participate in the design and implementation of annual quality standard processes.
Identify and attract investors for the appointment of new dealers/distributors and negotiate contractual condition changes with existing ones.
Support dealers and investors with business and investment plans through financial and feasibility analysis.
Manage institutional communication with the dealer network, coordinate cross‑functional action plans, and prepare KPI reports and executive presentations for leadership.
Your Experience and Qualifications
University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in Dealer Development within the Agricultural or Automotive/Truck industry.
A strong macro‑view of the business and experience in dealer network openings/closures (highly desirable), as well as experience leading new projects (desirable).
Excellent analytical skills and strong numerical aptitude. Ability to work autonomously, with solid structure, organization, and diligence. Clear and assertive communication skills.
