The Role

The Member Journey team owns one of the most critical moments in the Belong experience: the first time a prospective Member walks through a home.

As an Operations Analyst on this team, you own the operational flow of our tour pipeline and you make it better every week. You coordinate tour scheduling between prospective Members and Leasing Advisors, manage calendar operations across a high-volume portfolio of homes, and track pipeline activity end to end.

That is the baseline. What separates this role is what you do next: you identify what is breaking, design the fix, and build the automation that makes sure it never breaks again.

This is a process improvement and automation role sitting inside a live operation. You work with AI tools, no-code platforms, and real-time data to eliminate manual work, reduce friction, and increase the speed at which Belong brings Members home.

Success is measured by tour completion rates, pipeline conversion, SLA compliance, and the operational improvements you ship every week.

What You'll Own

Tour Pipeline Operations

You own the end-to-end scheduling operation, from first request to confirmed appointment, across a high-volume portfolio of homes. Every tour is matched, confirmed, and covered. When exceptions happen in the field, you solve them in real time without waiting for direction.

Process Improvement and Automation

When you see the same manual step three times, you document it, design the fix, and build the automation. You are not just running the operation. You are making it faster and smarter every week. Your builds ship into production and reduce friction for every Leasing Advisor on the team.

Pipeline Analytics

You track scheduled, completed, canceled, and rescheduled tours to surface patterns, gaps, and opportunities. You translate raw data into decisions. You flag deviations before they become problems and bring leadership the insight they need to act.

Documentation and SOPs

You build and maintain the operational knowledge base. Processes are documented, structured, and accessible. When something changes, the SOP reflects it. The team never loses institutional knowledge because you built systems that hold it.

AI System Building

You connect AI tools into no-code workflows that eliminate manual steps. You use prompt engineering to extract structured data from unstructured inputs. You experiment with new tools, evaluate their real operational value, and scale what works.

What We're Looking For

On Experience

• 2+ years in an operations, process improvement, or business analyst role. You have run a live operation and made it better.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a work context. You use AI to think faster, build faster, and remove bottlenecks.
• Proven ability to identify a broken process, design the fix, and see it through to implementation.
• Experience building automations with no-code or low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent).
• Fluent in English and Spanish. This role works across a global team.
• Buenos Aires-based and ready to be on-site at Soler 4445 four days a week.

• Prompt engineering, the ability to design effective prompts to generate outputs, summaries, and structured data from AI models.
• AI-assisted process mapping, using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to document and redesign operational workflows.
• Automation building with AI integrations, connecting AI APIs into no-code workflows to eliminate manual steps.
• Data extraction and structuring, using AI to parse unstructured inputs (emails, notes, transcripts) into clean, actionable data.

Nice to Have

• Experience in real estate, leasing, or a high-volume scheduling environment.
• Background in operations at a fast-growing startup or tech company.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, or Notion.
• Experience writing technical documentation or SOPs for operational teams.
