Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Human Resources LATAMC to join our team at WHR Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Quien ocupe esta posición será el/la referente de Recursos Humanos para la estructura corporativa en Argentina y para los hoteles administrados de Cono Sur, actuando como socio/a estratégico/a del negocio y punto de contacto clave para líderes y miembros del equipo. Su principal misión será implementar definir y ejecutar iniciativas de Recursos Humanos alineadas con las prioridades del negocio y la estrategia regional del sector, fortaleciendo una cultura de alto desempeño, cercanía, cumplimiento y experiencia del miembro del equipo.
Desde un rol generalista con mirada integral, ejecutará y coordinará procesos de atracción de talento, onboarding, desarrollo, desempeño, compensaciones y beneficios, administración de personal, relaciones laborales, bienestar, comunicación interna, diversidad e inclusión y gestión del cambio, asegurando la correcta implementación de políticas, programas globales y regionales en el contexto local y regional.
